Responsible for delivering the internal Sales and Customer Services function. Work to strengthen all our relationships with customers, by being a friendly and efficient point of contact they can rely upon.
Take sales calls and respond to emails and advise L4V’s customers on the best products to meet their requirements. Ensure that payment is taken in a timely fashion and that we keep good records in our SAP system. Handle and resolve queries.
Duties to include:
- Respond to calls and emails from our customers and take details of new sales.
- Advise our clients on the right products to suit their requirements and give accurate pricing information.
- Be continually open to learning new skills and adding to your product knowledge. Become an expert in our product range and inspire trust from customers.
- Answer any queries or service issues raised, and either resolve them or oversee the delivery of a solution (for example, seeking authority for a refund, or passing the customer to the technical helpdesk for an answer). Be calm and friendly at all times.
- Take payments and liaise with Accounts re: trade customers or customers with payment queries.
- Keep accurate digital and paper records of work completed and keep SAP records and any paper filing up to date.
- Work well with colleagues in other departments, such as production or accounts, to resolve queries and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
