The prime responsibility is to manage customer enquiries, process sales orders and provide information about Locks 4 Vans products and services.
This position is a full-time role and will be office based in Gravesend. Full training will be provided on internal IT systems and product range.
Duties to include:
- Provide help and advice to customers regarding Locks 4 Vans products or services
- Process sales orders via email or phone or on-line as requested
- Proactively upsell product
- Check data accuracy on orders and invoices
- Create and process returns, credits and refunds
- Maintain and update customer records
- Cascade important customer information to the relevant internal departments
- Manage customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions within the agreed time limits
- Escalate customer queries where necessary to line / senior management team
- Liaise with Technical Department to ensure technical solutions are managed efficiently
- Liaise with Installations team to ensure Supply & Fit requests are effectively managed
- Support the Business Development team at the relevant external Shows / Events
