Locks 4 Vans is excited to sponsor The Sports Car Racing Car Club (SRCC) for 2022.
What draws us together is a shared ethos around innovation and continuous improvement. Locks 4 Vans recently won the coveted WhatVan award showcasing innovation, as a result of our £2.5 million investment into our on-site R&D centre in Kent. This centre drives innovation for the industry and makes us a dynamic partner. We are thrilled to sponsor a team who enjoys pushing boundaries as much as we do.
Chris Batterbee, MD at Locks 4 Vans adds “Innovation is not something you do, it is a mindset. With a van broken into every 23 minutes, our mission has always been to stay one step ahead, and our pace of innovation delivers exactly that. Our customers trust our reputation and our products. We have been involved with the Sports Racing Car Club since 2020 and are now taking our relationship to the next level. Sponsoring both the Duratec and Pinto Sports2000 Championship is an exciting opportunity for us to support each other. Like in motorsport, we never sit still and are continually looking to optimise what we do. We recognise this shared ethos in Sports2000 and look forward to working together to inspire each other in our respective fields”.
Nick Bates, Chairman of SRCC “To extend and deepen Locks 4 Vans relationship with Sports2000 is great news. We are very much looking forward to being a part of Locks 4 Vans marketing strategy and exploring other avenues of collaboration. We already have very strong entries for both the Duratec and Pinto championships this year, so are looking forward to more close and competitive racing plus welcoming back having four Pinto only races where we hope to have 20-25 of those fabulous historic cars of the late 1970s / early 1980s racing as hard as ever.”
