One Time Customers - Names, Address, Telephone Number and Credit Card details will be kept for as long as a necessary to complete the order.

Recurring Customer - Names, Address, Telephone Number and Credit Card details will be kept on our systems you no longer order any of our products or services.

Email address - kept until the user unsubscribes, or when a data review is carried out. We will request you to opt in, if a response is not received your data will be deleted.

Keeping your information secure

We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, used, or accessed in an unauthorised way.

We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.
